We started with the paperwork.

Most Nigerians who want land don't lack the ambition — they lack a party they can trust with it. Stories of double allocation, missing titles and estates that never got a road are common enough to stop people buying at all.

Triconna was founded in [year]^† to be the boring answer to that: verify the title before we market the land, develop the site so buyers can see progress, hand over documents that hold up, and stay reachable long after the sale. Since then we've grown from [first estate]^† to five active estates across Rivers State.

Today we work across four lines — marketing and sales, development services, facility management and investment consultation — because a buyer's experience of land doesn't end at the sale, and neither should our accountability for it.
