Your journey PDF changed the navigation and added a purchase flow the home page has to open; the reference screenshots changed the visual language. Both are now in. v1 is preserved as a separate file for comparison.
Navigation is fixed: Home · Properties · About Us · Services · Blog · Contact Us · Make Payment. Payment is a top-level destination, not a buried step — so it gets a permanent place in the header and a home-page entry point.
Every property carries three actions — Book inspection, Download FAQ, Make payment — and payment is gated on “have you completed inspection for this property?”. The home page now teaches that sequence instead of hiding it until checkout.
Also captured for later pages: plot-level selection from available plots only, price computed from plots × property, onboarding form with realtor name and uploads, gateway hand-off, success/failure states, and proof-of-payment via email or WhatsApp.
The principles I extracted: full-bleed photography with a hard dark scrim; very large tight headlines where one phrase carries the accent colour; whole sections flooded with a single flat accent; small wide-tracked technical labels; numbered section markers; pill buttons and circular arrow controls; hairline rules doing the work shadows usually do.
Reinterpreted through the brand book: the accent flood is Lawn Green (a brand colour, used at section scale rather than as trim), the dark bands are Ever Green, and every headline is Helvetica Neue Medium, left aligned, sentence case. No copy, claim or layout was lifted.
Uppercase micro-labels. The reference's technical labels are what give it its character, but the brand book lists all-caps as misuse. I've allowed uppercase only at 11–12px for eyebrows, nav and meta — never a headline or a sentence — set in Helvetica Neue with wide tracking rather than a second typeface.
Lawn Green at section scale. The book treats it as a sparing accent. Used as a full-bleed panel it becomes a structural colour. It appears exactly twice on the page, and never behind body copy at small sizes.
Still outstanding: photography, approved copy, and the numbers behind the impact row — testimonials, estate count and years operating are cleared to show, so those slots exist and are marked † until you fill them.
Verified plots, documentation you can read, and a team that stays reachable after the papers are signed. Ownership should be a possibility for many, not a privilege for a few.
We market and sell property, develop underused land, manage estates after handover and advise investors — one company accountable for the whole chain.
Payment opens only after you've inspected the property — our sequence, not a formality. Every property carries its own FAQ and plot allocation.
Choose a property and a date. Walk the land, see the beacons and the access road before anything is signed.
Book a visitEach property has its own document: title status, allocated plots, payment terms and what happens after purchase.

Triconna is a Nigerian real estate company working across marketing and sales, development services, facility management and investment consultation. We take underdeveloped land and turn it into places people are glad to own.
Our ambition is to become Africa's largest real estate conglomerate. The daily work is more ordinary than that: answer the question, show the site, produce the document.
Land is bought on belief. Everything we do is designed to make that belief verifiable rather than requested.
Photographed as the site actually looks on the day you would visit — roads, beacons, neighbouring development.
TARP is our realtor network. You sell verified properties with the documentation already in place — training, marketing material and a named contact on our team come with it.

Yes. Payment opens once an inspection is recorded for that property — and if you've come from a property page, we ask you directly. [Confirm exact wording.]†
Book an inspection for a property you're considering, or talk to us first. Either way, you see the land before you decide.
